Return & Refund Policy
- No returns will be accepted for items that have been delivered without damage or defects.
- If the product was wrongly delivered (incorrect SKU) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will either issue a full refund or replace the product once the return is verified.
- To report damage in transit, you must contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/Email will be provided).
- Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours.
Refunds will be processed:
- Within 14 working days from the receipt of returned goods (if the order was already shipped).
- Within 14 working days from the cancellation date (if the order was not shipped).
No refunds will be issued if:
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- The shipment was unsuccessful due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- The recipient refused to accept the package.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories (retail box, tags, etc.).
Return Shipping Cost:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.
